CLEANING AND COLORING:
These are before and after pictures of a five year old, rose-colored
grout tile floor that had a daily coating of hairspray. The hairspray
attracted the dirt and the “stickiness” in the spray
prohibited the tile grout from being effectively cleaned with routine
maintenance. We identified the correct base for the cleaning product
(alkaline or acid) and utilized our customized cleaning tool to
effectively clean the grout. We sealed the grout with a neutral,
topical sealer. The customer notified us a year later the grout
still looked great. |

STONE
FLOOR SEALER REMOVAL:
This is a Durango stone floor in Lewiston, NY that was improperly
sealed by another contractor leaving dull/shiny spots throughout
the entire 1500 square feet of floor. The stone floor was stripped
to remove the sealer and resealed with a water based, penetrating
stone floor sealer to achieve a uniform look. |

STONE
FLOOR SEALER:
This new Walker Zenger Code of Brown Slate floor in Williamsville,
NY had an excessive amount of paint and grout from construction. We
performed a strip and deep clean to return the slate floor to its
original condition. We sealed the stone floor utilizing a polymer
based enriching seal to bring out the natural richness of the floor.
The first picture shows the contrast between the original floor and
the enhanced color of the stone when the project was completed. |

| These
are before and after pictures of a 10-year-old cashmere slate floor
in Lancaster, NY that was never sealed. It was exposed to daily traffic
in a retail setting. We performed a deep clean of the cashmere slate
utilizing a customized chemical mixture and the correct amount of
pressure and steam to effectively clean the slate and grout. We then
sealed the floor utilizing a solvent based, enhancing floor sealer
to bring out the vibrant colors. |

| This
slate floor in Lewiston, NY is another example of how the real beauty
in a stone can be unleashed with a properly applied enhancing sealer.
